Doesn’t trusting the process require you to believe in fate? That some things are meant to be and that we have no control? That seems almost scarier than trusting ourselves. I want to know the plan so I know it’s something I can get behind. And then trust that whom ever is deciding my fate isn’t a nut.
Trusting the process is a hard one for me.
Oh my word in heaven! Being human is torturous sometimes!! Our perfect brains require context and so this time is created! Then it gets impatient when it’s “taking too long”! Then comes the human heart to offer up this lovely gem, “patience grasshopper, life is shorter than you can comprehend.”
And so then we suffer through finding a way to trust the process.
*deep nasal exhale* thank you, Sheli, for the gentle reminder. I will now go back to joyfully waiting.
