Labyrinth Lessons – Pace Yourself!

Key West Garden Center, 1100 Atlantic Center, Key West, FL 1:00 pm, 02/10/2022

Two hours before this labyrinth walk, I was walking a different labyrinth at the Key West Botanical Garden.

But this walk had a different vibe to it, and it cautioned me about the pace I was moving and the direction I was going.

How about you- Do you need to hear any of these admonishments?

If you jump off the path, you’ll just have to get back on it.

Sometime we are in such a hurry to get where we are going, that we try to take shortcuts. But when the lessons we need to learn are part of the journey, trying to take a shortcut just ends up causing delays.

Stay on track and don’t try to skip steps along the way.  The lesson you miss just might be the one that will accelerate everything good coming your way.

If you rush through it, you’ll miss the full experience

Savor.

Savor the experiences- especially the good ones.  Endure the hard ones.

This lesson goes hand in hand with the first lesson and the next one.

Don’t be in such a hurry… the best is yet to come.  If you are living right, what you are experiencing right now may be a memory you savor in the future.

Slow down

Maintaining the right pace is important.
Moving too fast means the possibility of overlooking things and missing opportunities.

Don’t be in such a hurry.

Slow down, savor every moment and every experience.

Everything that is supposed to happen WILL happen in the due course of time.
