25 Anxiety weighs down the heart,
but a kind word cheers it up.

A kind word, a friendly smile, an encouraging gesture (thumbs up)– all can go a long way to helping someone in struggle.

Kindness counts, and while we can’t always solve the problem or ease the burden, we absolutely have the power to help people feel less alone in the world when they are struggling. When you know there is someone, even ONE person, rooting for you and praying for your success and happiness, it can make all the difference in your world.

Be that positive difference for someone else.

Make a phone call, send a text, or drop a note in the mail to someone to let them know you care and are thinking about them.
